Reservations: When making your reservation, please include all stops along your route. Information required includes name, phone number, addresses of pick up/drop off, number of people in the party, and flight numbers if going to /from the airport. Reservations require credit card information.
Cancellations: Cancellation notices must be no later than 24 hours prior to service. Cancellations must be sent via text and confirmed by PC Travel. Cancellations not received before 24 hour notice will be charged full amount to credit card on file.
Changes to Reservations: Any changes made to reservations less than 24 hours prior to service are subject to $50 fee.
Ski Season: Nov.25th thru April 1st, weather and traffic may be a factor in time needed. Please allow extra time, especially 7:30am-10am and 3pm-7pm. Texting is the fastest way to contact us, but we may need extra time to respond.
Sundance Film Festival: All prices subject to change Jan. 18th -Jan. 28th, 2024. Not all locations in Park City will be accessible by vehicle, we do the best we can to get you as close as possible.
Infant car seat and booster seats upon request. Please give 24 hour notice for availability of car seats. Car Seat: $7.00 Booster Seat: $5.00 (car seats are sanitized between uses)
Damage: The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by any of the members of the party. Cleaning Fee due to damage is $375.00 The driver has the right to terminate the ride without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s).
Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
